Flour Parsad Recipe
This is half pound of parsad please double or triple to your needs.
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup ghee / unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 1/4 cups whole milk / evaporated
1/4 tsp cardamon powder / elychee powder
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp pureed fresh ginger

yah paarsad ka aadha paund hai jo aapakee aavashyakataon se doguna ya tiguna hai.
2 kap ol – parapaz aata
1 kap ghee / anasaalted makkhan
3/4 kap cheenee
1 daalacheenee chhadee
1/4 chhota chammach jaayaphal
2 1/4 kap poore doodh / vaashpit
1/4 teespoon ilaayachee paudar / elovera paudar
1/2 kap kishamish
1 bada chammach taaja adarak
