Nelisha Moves On as Cherish Moves In

The Avatar Band lead by Kishore “Wizzy” Ramdath saw a personnel reorganisation as Nelisha Mohammed left the band where she spent the last 2 years. Here is what she had to say:

Jus want to continue as solo artiste.. I think I had enough time in bands.. time to take it down jus a little… Get back to the type of singer I am known as with Bollywood songs …Wizzy, Avatar and myself remain very good friends and will still be working time to time

Cherish Ragoonanan was named the New Female Frontline Singer of the Avatar Band.
