Vishi Mongru

Vishi Mongru hails from St John Trace Avocat Fyzabad. He is one if the most talented young dholak player in the island. He has been the reigning champion of 1st place in chowtal drumming for the south region at the Parvati Girls high school in debe. He also placed 1st in the 103fm chowtal competition. He also plays dholak for bhaal vikaas in the maha Sabha schools. Vishi Mongru is a self taught individual and loves it very much with a passion. He is the drummer for the well known Pundit Munelal Maharaj and many others and plays for any occasion. He is also the drummer for a band and many other groups. He also plays the dhol, tabla and doumbek darbuka drums.
