South Trini Boys Tassa Group won the Chutneymusic.com Award 2023 Best Tassa Band. This was the first year we introduced the Best Tassa Band title and we were not sure how well the category would do in terms of nominees but we felt that tassa groups deserved recognition for the hard work they put in to preserving culture. The category got over 50 nominees and we are proud to keep this title going forward.
