Ramnarine “Tole” Moonilal or Moonilal “Tole” Ramnarine was laid to rest on the 1st February 2023. He was best known for being a pioneer in the West Indian Music Industry and the founder of the international crossover band, Dil E Nadan.
Lead singer of Dil E Nadan, Raymond Ramnarine (son of Moonilal “Tole” Ramnarine) found the strength in his time of grief to urge his dedicated fan base to cherish their parents. Here is the video message posted to social media:
